Being unable to think of anything from anxiety

Anxiety arises due to mental conflicts. This situation can be expressed as a kind of toxic transformation of the energy that we have, although the person has some needs, they cannot reach them or are not sufficiently satisfied with them. Anxiety is also caused by the obsessions we often hide that lead us to have unreasonable fears, or perhaps the permanent shadows of some deep-rooted trauma.

Problems such as sweating, rapid breathing, tension, high heart rate, and feelings of danger and panic are symptoms of anxiety. Those who have these problems have a very high release of cortisol in their body. Worries are just a way to ‘PRAY’ for things I don’t want to happen. If we are worried about a situation that has not happened, there is always knowledge from the past in mind.

The subconscious cannot know the difference between fantasy and reality. Your thoughts shape your emotions, your emotions shape your body with the hormones you produce. All the emotions you experience are the reactions of your body as a result of your thoughts.

Stress, depression, inability to focus, anxiety and fear, being stuck in the past, feeling of worthlessness, feeling unloved and insignificant, panic attacks are the result of your thoughts. And thought is a situation that belongs to the person and can be changed by looking at it from different perspectives.
